Controller and purpose

Data you provide in forms (identity, contact, company, country, investment vehicle, criteria and, where applicable, acceptance of the non-disclosure agreement) is processed to answer your request, verify the investment entity and manage the acquisition process.

Legal basis

The legal basis is pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in verifying the investment entity.

Retention, recipients and rights

• Retention: for the duration of the relationship and the statutory limitation periods thereafter.
• Recipients: no data is shared with third parties except by legal obligation. Buyer data is never disclosed to sellers, or seller data to buyers, without a signed NDA.
• Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.
