Cookie policy

Which cookies we use

investin.barcelona only sets Google Analytics cookies, and only if you accept them in the notice shown at the bottom of the screen on your first visit. If you reject them or do not answer, no Google code is loaded and no cookie is set.

Cookie	Owner	Purpose	Duration
_ga	Google	Distinguishes visitors for usage statistics	2 years
_ga_*	Google	Keeps session state for the statistics	2 years

Your choice (accept or reject) is stored in your browser’s localStorage so that we do not ask again. It is a technical item needed to respect your decision and does not require consent.

How to change your choice

You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the _ga cookies and stop loading Google Analytics. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, the referring page, the language, the device type and your approximate location. It is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). More details in the privacy policy.

Cookieless statistics

We also count visits with Plausible Analytics, without its code in your browser: our server reports which page was viewed, the referring page, the language and any campaign parameters in the address (utm). No cookie is set and nothing is read from your device. Instead of a persistent identifier, Plausible computes from the IP address and the browser a code that changes every day and is not stored. The data is processed within the European Union. Since no information is stored on or read from your device, this measurement does not require your consent; the legal basis is legitimate interest in knowing which content is read.

Forms

The multi-step forms work without storing anything in your browser: each step is part of the same page.

Changes

If we add other cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
