This information is provided in compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the investin.barcelona website (the “website”), and the responsibilities arising from the use of its content: text, graphics, designs, code, photographs, databases, images and other information.

Accessing or simply using the website implies acceptance of the terms published by the owner at any given time.

Access and use

Users undertake to use the website and its content in accordance with the law, this legal notice, accepted good practice and public order, and not to use them for unlawful purposes, in ways that harm third parties, or in ways that could damage, disable or overload the website.

The content of the website is for information only. It is never a binding offer to sell, an invitation to invest, or financial, tax or legal advice. The professional relationship only begins when the seller signs the sale mandate or, for buyers, when the non-disclosure agreement and the documents that follow it are signed.

Company listings and confidentiality

No company is published with its name, its town or images that could identify it: each listing is a blind teaser showing only sector, province and indicative figures. Identity, accounts and location are released exclusively to buyers who have signed the non-disclosure agreement, which remains in force for three years. A breach of the agreement entitles the owner of the company and the owner of the website to seek the corresponding liability.

The figures in the listings (revenue, EBITDA, price) are indicative. They come from the information provided by the owner and from the independent technical due diligence carried out before publication. The binding figures are those in the memorandum and the transaction documents.

Market notes and valuation calculator data

The multiples, margins and timelines published in the market notes come from transactions closed or followed by the owner and are shown with their source and date. The range given by the valuation calculator results from applying those multiples to the figures entered by the user. Both are indicative and do not replace an individual valuation.

Intellectual and industrial property

The owner holds, or is licensed to use, the intellectual and industrial property rights to the website and its content: text, images, design, structure, trademarks, logos and code. Third-party photographs are published under the licence stated next to each one.

In accordance with Articles 8 and 32.1 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public communication of all or part of the content for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any means, is prohibited without the owner’s authorisation.

Disclaimer and liability

The owner is not liable for any damage arising from errors or omissions in the content, from the website being unavailable or from the transmission of malicious software, despite having taken reasonable technical measures to prevent it. The completeness, currency or fitness of the content for any particular purpose is not guaranteed.
