Sell the company of a lifetime without anyone finding out.

We know what owners fear: word getting out too early, selling for less than forty years of work are worth, or having to close because nobody in the family wants to carry on. So we never publish your name, we only charge at closing and we value with engineers.

Confidential from start to finish

No name, no photos, no town. The identity is disclosed only under a signed NDA.

We only charge at closing

No retainers, no advances. Fees come out of the price, on the day of signing.

Engineers value your assets

Buildings, land and concessions reviewed before the price is set. No surprises to haggle over.

Questions every owner asks us

How long does a sale take?

Six to ten months from mandate to signing. The first two go into preparing the memorandum and the valuation; the rest into buyers, NDAs, visits and offers.

Can I stay in the company after selling?

Yes, and many buyers prefer it. A transition period is agreed, usually between 6 and 24 months, with or without a stake in the capital.

Can I sell only the property or only the business?

Yes. We value the business, the land and the buildings separately, and look for a buyer for the whole or for each part as suits you.

What happens to the employees?

The workforce transfers with the company and keeps seniority and conditions. The natural buyer usually needs precisely the people who already know how to do the work.
